Going to the Park

We decided that since the weather has been so beautiful, that we ought to head up to the huge park in Owasso before school is out and it is super crowded. As usual, we went down there in a pack with our good friends the Browns and the Kaelbers. The kids had a great time even if us mommies were a bit frazzled trying to keep an eye on each child in the huge maze of this park.

And yet another sweet face in Dillion

So, I love this picture for so many reasons. First, Preston and Dillon looked so confident climbing up the huge ladder that I assumed they had done it a million times and proceeded to take pics. Sarah turned around and gasped and started to dart over there! Oops, mom didn't feel quite as confident as me and the boys! hehe-sorry Sarah! She did let them finish (as P was already to the top), and everyone did fine. However, it may have been confirmed at this shot that I am not bringing my boys until they are 10! Whew, they were a lot of work! But Sarah, the super mom, never missed a beat and kept right up with her guys! :o)

Mr. Determined trying to prove that he could do the monkey bars.
Some rescuing promptly followed after this shot! :o)

Addie and Jens
I just love these two sweet faces!

And, yet more proof that Sarah has her hands full. Dear, dear Preston has a wee bit of a strong will. You should see the entire progression of these shots. Priceless!

And, little Dani and AJ taking a break on the bench. I actually think one of these two loves was in trouble and the other joined with some water to help the time pass. They just looked too grown up!

We concluded the outing with a stop at Chick-Fil-A for lunch. You can't go to Owasso with kids and not stop at the Chick!

Another successful trip out with our pals-as long as you count successful as everyone returning with her own children and each child in one piece! We love to exhaust one another!
